About Bright Tribe Trust

Bright Tribe is a multi-academy trust established to help raise the standards of education in schools. We are passionate about education and are committed to improving the lives of young people. Our experienced education team has proven expertise and success in substantially improving schools, both in the UK and internationally, and our operations team brings considerable business and financial expertise to support our schools.

Through proven practices, Bright Tribe transforms learning, raises standards and provides the highest quality learning environments, enabling learners and teaching staff to thrive and be the best.

We make a commitment to support our schools in providing the very best education for every single child. We achieve this through working with the school to improve the quality of teaching and learning. This means having the best teachers, the best facilities, the most effective approach to learning, the highest standard of leadership and an exciting and challenging curriculum that will develop those skills and abilities that children will need to become successful, employable and fulfilled citizens.

Our vision

– Our students will be literate and numerate, confident to follow their own path beyond school and be positive contributors to their community.
– Our academies will be outstanding schools, at the heart of their communities and leading the way in teaching and learning practice.
– Our staff will be the best leaders, teachers and support teams, inspiring our students and their communities, envied nationally and commanding the respect of all.

The Bright Tribe Network

Fundamental to our ethos is the importance of school-to-school support, the sharing of best practice, and the development of in-school improvement capacity across the network of academies.

Being part of the Bright Tribe community gives staff the opportunity to share what they are doing and what has been proven to work well, as well as to learn from others in those areas where greater or more rapid improvement is needed.

This collaborative approach benefits staff in terms of personal development and greater opportunities for career progression within the network of Bright Tribe academies. It also benefits students as they see greater and faster improvement in teaching and learning through the sharing of ideas.
