Key Stage 4 Curriculum (Y9-Y11)

Our curriculum is flexible enough that students can select options at year 10 with a view to their further education or employment aspirations, ensuring that what they study is relevant for their future ambitions, whilst maintaining a focus on academic rigour in a broad and balanced curriculum.

In Year 9 pupils commence their GCSE courses.  In September 2018, the courses below formed our offering at GCSE:

Core Subjects

Optional Subjects:

*Students follow one of two pathways:  Students will either study Trilogy science which means they study all three sciences and receive two GCSE grades or separate science which awards a grade for each of the three science subjects.
